Yuzu Lighting ("Yuzu," "we," "us," or "our") designs and installs permanent exterior lighting. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit yuzulighting.com, request a free design, text with us, or become a customer, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, call, text, or email us, we collect what you provide, such as your full name, email address, phone number, city, state, street address, how you heard about us, details and photos of your home, and the contents of your messages.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our service providers may collect basic technical information, such as your browser and device type, IP address, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from others. We may receive your information from people who refer you to us, or from partner businesses (such as Stratus Softwash) when you ask them to connect you with us.

- To schedule, perform, and follow up on installations
- To provide customer support and handle warranty requests
- To send appointment reminders, installation updates, and other messages you have agreed to receive
- To send promotional offers, where you have consented where consent is required

3. Text messaging (SMS)
If you check the SMS consent box on our forms or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive text messages from Yuzu Lighting at the number you provided. These may include appointment reminders, installation updates, promotional offers, and customer support. Messages may be sent via SMS and iMessage. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You must be 18 or older to opt in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help, or contact us using the details below.
We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the service providers that help us deliver our messages.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers who help us run our business, such as website hosting, form handling, messaging, scheduling, and payment processing. They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Product manufacturers and installation partners, when needed to complete your installation or handle a warranty claim.
- Legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Yuzu, our customers, or others.
